      Great benifits, stock options, and room to move up within reason.

      Inconvénients

      If your too good at your job they will Keep you in your area forever! I've seen many people get passed for new and better positions in the Co. due to being "Very good" at thier current position. It comes down to lazyness and money; they would have to hire someone to take your spot and give you a pay increase.
