Target's slogan is 'expect more pay less'. That's also how they treat their Team Members - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Target

Target is currently in a huge, company-wide change. Target is not organized and they have many unfair hiring practices. As a Guest Service Attendant I am a low level supervisor, however I am often given many responsibilities above my pay grade. When I brought this up to HR, they agreed but said its a 'stepping stone' position to groom you for team lead. It sounds to me like they are just trying to get cheap leadership.
