After 90 days of working at target, you get to switch your availability in hours. Depending on your coworkers and their personalities, you get to work with a great team.
Inconvénients
Some of the cons for working at Target is the cost of living. For team members, the pay is too small to deal with high stress situations, rude guests, and to work full-time in an economy such as this. I know this is retail, and jobs and hours are going to get cut, but to keep good employees around, there should not be any hours cut. People are trying to make a living and are trying to pay bills and take care of their families.
