Avantages

- Good work-life balance - you can clock off and not worry about work in your free time - Extremely flexible regarding WFH - you’re only really needed in the office once a month or so

Inconvénients

- Cliquey - nothing done to help integrate new starters if you’re not on an apprenticeship or placement scheme - Power hungry and tyrannical middle management whose behaviour is actively ignored and dismissed by senior staff - If you are not one of your team’s ‘favourites’ you will have a miserable time - you will not only be shunned socially but this will also really impact your chances at career progression - Not a place to work if you are ambitious, work neither challenging nor fulfilling - No scope to progress to senior leadership roles later on in your career - very high staff turnover for this reason (alongside the poor company culture mentioned above) - Luton location - Barely anyone comes into the office unless required to so office culture is nonexistent
