Avantages

Good to start off in travel to learn destination knowledge, free online gp service

Inconvénients

Worked here for a few years, starting pay is around €12.20 per hour and commission is dreadful €2 per €1000. They expect you to do sales, after sales, resolve in resort and post holiday issues and now act as a call centre in the shops too. Not enough hours in the day for the amount of work that is asked of you, changing rules so often you're never fully confident at what you do. You only start to receive concessions after 1 year and believe me it's not even worth it, it's a couple hundred to put towards a tui holiday with lots of T&C's as to what, where and when you can use it. They're also a lot more expensive than their competitors so you often lose sales because of that, high targets on not just holidays, but holiday extras and excursions too. And they way they watch everything you do its like working for big brother!!
