Avantages
1.Great holiday discount and package, as well as, flexible home working. 2.Really nice office. 3. It looks nice and friendly at first glance but it is not.
Inconvénients
1. Toxic environment - Everyone was out for themselves, and there are no genuine friendships among employees. There was lots of gossip and rumors, as well as, negative talk about people which proves a low level of trust and collaboration. 2. Poor management (MICRO management) - Worked hard with no positive feedback and no recognition. A rude manager who did not provide training at all and was adequate to assign tasks by establishing a clear/achievable goal and guidance on how to accomplish it. Never asked my opinion or my feelings in our one-to-one meetings, and most of the time our meetings tend to be canceled due to her work absenteeism. 3. Not work-life balance – have been told to stay longer hours without getting paid to “support the team by staying late with them” even without having something to work on. 4. Low salary 5. High turnover – in most of the cases people leaving before 6 or even 2 months
