      Avantages

      They fall over themselves to employ ex military people so if you are ex military you fit right in and you will likely get promoted.

      Inconvénients

      If you are not ex military you are not in the little club and you get nowhere. Very much the ol boy network too. You will be expected to work lots of extra hours and you will be on call way too much
