Avantages

There is absolutely no Pros in this business. Even if i thought for 20 hours i wouldn't be able to find 1 Pros.

Inconvénients

Everything is a mess with this company. Useless word will be a understatement to describe managers here. If you need something and ask them then they will go and check with someone else and the answer will be a NO. You can't be ONE second late from break or lunch otherwise you get penalised and the amount of work you have to do for minimum wage is shocking. You will be a SLAVE here with too much restriction. I didn't even get my religious holiday approved even after telling them a month before. TP only care about ITSELF and it's CLIENT not the employees. Minus 10 start wouldn't describe the environment here.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Avantages

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Inconvénients

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
