Avantages

they offer paid training at the beginning of your sign on.

Inconvénients

the schedule they offer you at sign on is not the one you will actually get to keep. the level of professionalism and preparation for each training class is very lacking in the company. extremely high turnover rate! trainers do not coordinate with each other. constant change in trainers, mentors, supervisors and which team that you are placed on. HR is non responsive. hired on for work from home but they can and will force employees to change to working in office permanently without warning.

Avantages

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Inconvénients

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Avantages

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Inconvénients

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
