Inconvénients
If lots of vacation time is important to you, consider working elsewhere. While the vacation allotment gets better over time, for the first few years it is below average. This trend of valuing seniority comes up a lot, which can be seen as a positive or a negative. On the plus side, it isn't hard to schedule the time off and management is understanding about last minute absences. The dress code is somewhat strict. On the dressier side of business casual.
