      Good professional development programs, remote work, and ability to move around contracts

      Inconvénients

      In my current project, no ability to move up anymore, director is extremely sexist and I have been asked to handle the duties and responsibilities of the PM with no salary increase.

      Avantages

      The people and management are caring about it's employees. Flexible schedule. Meaningful projects.

      Inconvénients

      Contracts can be uncertain and lots of legacy code with outdate tech stack.
