      Avantages

      A Job is a sometimes better than working for your local workforce commission.

      Inconvénients

      Just as another has stated, they come in, lowball the current contract, focus on high profit margins, current staff are left to fend for themselves why they maximize profits for the sake of the company. You will be told "Take it or Leave it" when offered your current incumbent position. Managers lie, leaders don't lead. Best described as "8A ".

      Avantages

      The people and management are caring about it's employees. Flexible schedule. Meaningful projects.

      Inconvénients

      Contracts can be uncertain and lots of legacy code with outdate tech stack.
