Avantages
1. Plenty of opportunities exist for seasoned professionals to apply themselves in a leadership position of a team where the majority of rank-n-file is either freshly minted or still in their first 4 yrs or less. 2. Decent benefit packages do exist for fulltime employees. 3. A lot of latitude in non-tangible work styles can be shown your way if you can show results.
Inconvénients
1. If you decide to remain on a contract, be advised you're still just a disposable resource. 2. Very much still a start up operation, and while supposedly well funded - expect to not have all the resources you would normally need to get your job done - especially without a huge fight over it. 3. The attrition of top talent is starting to show. 4. The results are beginning to show for themselves - it can still go in their favor - however it has reached a tipping point where there is legitimate doubts of where it won't become just another locally sourced IT sweat shop.
