      Avantages

      This company is very ambitious and full of people intent of curing cancer. It is a positive, fast-paced environment that gave me valuable work experience.

      Inconvénients

      They were a little unorganized but that was largely because they had not finished digitizing their files. Once that was done it became far more organized.

      Meeting a lot of investors, free of choice working from the office, great location in Basel

      Inconvénients

      Generally, salaries are less than for the same position in another company's, not sat cleare goals and directions in the company, time management from the executive management team is not adequate, CEO often canceling meetings in last a moment with the employees which is apprehend as shortage of respect
