Upper management makes sure they are paid very well. They always give themselves a $.06 stock dividend every quarter. For an employee who doesn't have 1000's of shares this is a joke. I think my last dividend check was $3 and something. Wages for anybody not in upper management or a driver suck. The company couldn't even give us more wages with the tax breaks they received from Trump's corporate tax savings. Since Knight took over there are a lot of 20, 30 or 35 year employee's leaving the company. What's this tell you about the new Knight/Swift company.
