Avantages
customers walking in the door. enjoyed working with team of nearly 30 employees. enjoyed challenges of training 24/7 team to keep store running smooth. had Nathans franchise restaurant as well as 12 pump gas station to maintain as well as strive to exceed corporate goals from previous year.
Inconvénients
Put heart and soul into work. Did whatever needed to be done at cost of myself, sometimes working 6 day, 70 hour week to ensure staff was trained, we were ready for inspections...but to big corporate company, that didn't matter. I should have done less - I was someone to toss when place was in shape so they could hire less expensive less experienced manager.
