Avantages
There are many great colleagues there, most of whom I really enjoyed working with and became good friends with. For the original Sunoco employees, there was a strong and professional culture of hard work, ownership and accountability. The company had very good pay and excellent benefits. I thoroughly enjoyed working there. I also really enjoyed the variety in the type of work we had... no 2 days were exactly the same. Which kept things fresh.
Inconvénients
Since the acquisition by EnergyTransfer, the culture has changed and there is not enough coordination, communication or long-term planning among the many different subsidiaries.
