Sunday Riley has garnered a terrible reputation in the industry for the way they treat employees. This place is toxic and chaotic. You can be an expert in your field, but never given autonomy in your role bc you’re always stuck in the weeds, waiting for Sunday to make up her mind. No one else is allowed to make decisions and there’s no corporate structure to keep momentum on projects or launches. The company’s vision is unclear and communication is nonexistent. Knowing how the company operates, I seriously question the recent positive reviews. I never got the impression that employees were just afraid of a little hard work or unprepared to perform. The team I worked with was laser focused and intelligent… The Sunday Riley gaslighting continues. This is not what women supporting women looks like.
