They are scammers, they have no business, i seriously dont get who are those people investing this company and why, they will give you some fancy designation where half of your ctc will be covered by some retention, annual and ESOPs which you’ll probably never get, PF lol that even you will not get, they will just keep delaying it and then you’ll probably resign. Most of the people including the CTO, CFO’s, CMO are just there because they dont have skills to land a job in any other company. No professionalism, youll get nothing to learn there. Saw people in tech leaving again and again saying the team has 0 knowledge, 0 experience.
