Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Flexible location and work hours, as well as work tasks. Easy going corporate culture and friendly environment. You can manage not working as long as you get the mere minimum done and make friends (not sure if this is a Pro but some may like this).
Inconvénients
No real bonus system, not performance based. The management are actually surprised if you over achieve as it is seldom done. No training or mentoring unless you really seek it. Too many old people trying to hold on to their jobs. Not much of opportunity for a young ambitious soul unless you want to use this as a means to another job.
