      Avantages

      Was a great way to get into editing soon after college.

      Inconvénients

      I was given an idea of the company during the hiring rounds that did not reflect in the later workings. I was told I would be editing 6-7 thousand words a day but it ended up being way more. A significant amount of micromanaging and no consideration that editing is subjective.

      Avantages

      The Springzo management is very accommodating in regards to unforeseen circumstances or events. The team is always connected via email for periodical communications, and they are open to feedback and have a very open channel for communication.

      Inconvénients

      I have experienced no cons of working at Springzo, as they provide a open, transparent, and friendly work environment.

      Get paid on time. Okay work life balance

      Inconvénients

      The founder and his henchman are tripping on power and will do anything to make your time at the company difficult. The work here is mid at best and no room for growth. You will be drowned in work that feels repetitive and pointless. And the "fun" that is very proudly trumpeted about is only limited to the JD
