      Avantages

      Mostly weekends off (at least for now), money is decent if you can stand it.

      Inconvénients

      Everything else, horrible, condescending management (which changed 3 times in 3 months), theys have no idea what they are doing, "clique"-y, prejudice, law breaking, rude...the list goes on. I have seen more illegal and unbelievable activity here in a short time, than I have in my entire career. I am so thankful to be gone, you can do way better than this place. Stay away!

      Avantages

      They have a good amount of staff and the way that they pay the staff is satisfactory.

      Inconvénients

      They could plan their events more thoroughly, but it has been a couple of years now since I was there so I don't know what has changed since then.

      easy work life balance, genuinely a nice team

      no growth, no clear management, micromanagement. No real culture either
