      Good benefits Some benifits available immediately, others after a short waiting period Flexible schedules Some solid team members

      Inconvénients

      Doesn't fully live up to promise of being employee centered. Long hours Reactive with some policies No significant merit raises. The good staff get the same 3% annual raise as the poor performers. The high performers get a whopping 4%..

      Good coworkers, your peers genuinely care about the residents

      Inconvénients

      Toxic management, people didn't stick to COVID-19 protocol strictly enough and the facility didn't dispose of red bags quickly enough. We had a maintenance closet FULL of hazardous waste.
