Avantages
Pay was good prior to COVID. Post COVID pay rates were not changed to address inflation. Company stayed with standard 3% per year. The people were great.
Inconvénients
Spectrum used to be Time Warner Cable. When it was TWC it was a fantastic place to work, there was flexibility in work locations, the pay was really good, the company cared about the people. There was a lot of opportunity and growth potential. Post merger with Charter Communications, it was all down hill. The company does not care about the people - they constantly want more for less. The benefits cost the same and have been drastically degraded. They do not allow flexible work schedules. They do not trust their employees. The morale is very bad. Frustrations and unhappiness run high. Charter is very antiquated in approach and views. They preach DEI and promote friends/familiar faces regardless of track record. They continue to eliminate growth opportunities.
