      Avantages

      - Pay is decent - Work life balance - Great Team - Team Building - Management tries to be accommodating of needs both professional and personal

      Inconvénients

      - Benefits are not good - Some project timelines are unrealistic due to lack of communication - Management, even unintentional, will share personal information of present and past employees - Terminations ( in my case ) are handled poorly and without warning. Items are packed and no exit interview to discuss issues.

      Avantages

      Start up vibes, small team, only one layer of management (the owner), great environment, and creative freedom. The boss is very accommodating and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

      Inconvénients

      Web development jobs in Canada do not pay as well as other programming jobs in general.

      Low pay, environment can be toxic, low benefits, expect government mandated minimums as much as possible
