      Nice learning Get to work on multiple things Manager always guides and behaves as a friend. Tech team is awesome

      Inconvénients

      Very poor management No salary on time Fake promises about bonuses, appraisals etc No proper documentation for employees

      Avantages

      1. Opportunity to work with a small, fast-moving team. 2. Exposure to end-to-end product development and startup operations.

      Inconvénients

      1. Full & Final settlement not processed even after multiple months and follow-ups. 2. Lack of professionalism and transparency in handling employee exits. 3. No acknowledgment or response from management regarding due payments. 4. Unstructured work processes and no clear escalation path for grievance resolution.

      CEO sometimes doesnt come to office. Trust me, you ll get what i am saying if you know her!!!

      where do i begin 1. they scam clients 2. they scam employees 3. unethical practices run in their viens 4. toxic managers 5. toxic work hrs 6. no reimbursements
