Avantages
There are advancement opportunities if you are willing to give up your work-life balance but the pay does not match up with the title and the amount of responsibilities.
Inconvénients
I caution any one applying to this location. I was lied to about how much I was making which made me lose any trust left for this location. The DM has no issue in lying just to placate you. They have also posted the Assistant Manager job “up to $20/hr” but when asked for a raise I was told no one would be making more than what I was, $16/hr. I was essentially laughed at when asked for more money since that’s what they’re advertising. He said they would never pay anyone that much, it’s “just to get applications in and people through the door”. They also will illegally tell you not to talk about pay with your coworkers. This is a great job if you’re in school as there is flexibility. If you are over the age of 18 and want to have a life, I’d stay far away from this location.
