Avantages
Pros are that you get a good work/life balance Iif you work for caring managers above you. Free food at work and benefits after a year of work. Dental, insurance, and accidental death or accidental injury payout if you include in benefits. Positive environment if you like the people you work with and are a team.
Inconvénients
Cons are that if you work at a location with favouritism, you will be overworked and treated poorly. You won't have any work/life balance and they don't care about you. Treated like just another body, forced to work under horrible conditions including heat, possible heat stroke, barely any days off due to the turnover rate and GMs don't care to hire or research new hires. Anyone can get a job there. Favoritism makes it so that the managers favorites get more slack and if you're not, you get the butt end of the stick
