Avantages
Homeworking was an option thankfully.
Inconvénients
Unpleasant culture of over - promoted staff who couldn't believe the power they had ( achieved by simply not being among the many to leave) - and then using this misplaced authority to undermine much more capable people who came through the door. Staff turnover speaks volumes.
