      Avantages

      I have worked at Solentive for many years and have had multiple opportunities to progress my career. Good place to work with smart people, who enjoy their job and want to do something positive for the industry. Supportive management who are transparent and care about their staff.

      Inconvénients

      Work pressure imposed by clients means you have to be top of your game to excel.

      Avantages

      Nice and friendly people, greate corporate culture

      Inconvénients

      Strict budget for each project meaning you have to plan and report every single hour of your work daily to fit into the budget estimates Not an ideal place of work for family people with kids. A few times I was not allowed to leave work when my kid got sick - the reason was because we were having all hands meeting which is a big no no to skip.
