      1- Work related tools and process are inconsistent 2- Frequent trend of change-management amongst leader or manager 3- Massive lay-off after covid in the name of cost saving and merger so employment is at risk

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
