Perspective commerciale

Avantages

There are great people here, both new to the business and some who have been around for 5+ years. There are great friendships in the UK. We have a great kick off each July and Christmas party, monthly drinks and celebrated the culture of one of our global countries every three months or so.

Inconvénients

It acts like a small business in the UK sometimes. That's also a plus, because you can make a difference.

We intentionally try to drive the feeling of a entreprenuerial, smaller andmore agile company - it's a challenging balance to maintain alongside the efficiencies required to scale at a global level. Systems are a key investment for us with imporvementsacross everyting from CRM to Project Management as well as HR - so please keep providing your feedback in these areas and other key points - it is wlecomed and very useful.
