Upper management cannot see beyond themselves. Company is focused on profitability and very little on retaining talent Company preaches on their 7 core values, but only uses it as a way to instill behavior to employees. CEO does not believe in it himself, or his actions depict very little conviction. Company refuses to hire sufficient sales support for the business. Sales support is seen as a burden to profitability, and they are expected to work longer hours to cope with increased business demands year over year, whilst shrinking compensation package by disguising it with an unattainable goal (EBITDA) which sales support has very little control over.
