Avantages
The company holds friendly and open communications between employees. Relative to its location, it also holds open communication from management to employees. Working here is highly recommended for someone with a passion for software as you will be covering a very wide range of systems and technologies. Work-life balance is very good.
Inconvénients
Some tasks might become repetitive due to the need to maximimze margins for the company. An understandable decision for the company but can get too repetitive for some employees. Salaries are not adjusted enough pro-actively, it's always a big push to earn more.
