      Great environment, location, culture, benefits / perks, ethics, and a business model that keeps the human element in mind and not just the $

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is competitive for the area but as they are still in an early growth stage there is room to expand (bigger healthcare package etc.)

      Avantages

      Employees are phenomenal, everyone wants to see you succeed. You are equipped with adequate training to understand and excel in your work. You are encouraged to jump first, think second. This helps you get out of your comfort zone and realize that you can do more than you had imagined!

      Inconvénients

      The pay incentive was the only con. However, the experience you gain from this internship outweighs the monetary value. I would not trade my knowledge gained at Social High Rise for higher pay elsewhere.
