Avantages
Experiential hardware testing and driver development experience—as opposed to just theory. Supportive mentor allowed me to dig into things and learn at my own pace, manipulation various tough challenges along the way. Supportive and encouraging environment with welcoming questions and open discussions about rationale for my technical decisions.
Inconvénients
Hardware resources sometimes had to be shared, causing small delays in testing. Could benefit from more structured weekly technical reviews for feedback.
