The culture of stabbing each other in the back, tattle telling, promoting unqualified immature adults, the constant put downs with no celebrations of wins and management micromanaging but then competing with their own employees who are doing good and treating them like trash is how this company does business. It's bad They only promote their "friends" who aren't even good at sales and they act like their in high school
