      Avantages

      One has to have eagerness to learn only then any place could be good for you, so is smart source.

      Inconvénients

      Policies are bad, for any fresher it is the best but as you start looking in the market you can compare which is why policies wise it is not good. Specially incentive policies. You start earning incentives and suddenly the policy gets changed. SUPRISE!!

      None, company has slid into the dark depth of exploitation

      Inconvénients

      Issue with pay , pay is lower then scale, issues with milage and other expenses.
