Slalom used to be one of the best consultant company that I have worked for. They used to care about the employee and help them grow and find the right role for them. They used to treat us with respect and kindness. They used to care about our feedbacks and try to improve the company. I loved working at this company.
Inconvénients
After Covid, this company start going downhill. All they cared about is making money. All they wanted is to make up for the profit that they didn’t achieve. They started putting employees under pressure and start being toxic environment. FaceTime hiring and a professional leaders and people with no experience as managers, And they start pushing people to quit. Direct people lead tells the employees that they not worth working there and they should quit. Always disrespecting us and try to lower our self esteem and confidence. Alot of favouritism in this place. People with Jr experience, getting promoted every year by taking other people credit.
