You may need to support customers in different regions as well. When that happens, you need to adjust your working hours to your customers.

      - There is work, a lot of it, and it can be easy to be overwhelmed if you don't speak up. - Some departments seem to be understaffed while others are top heavy - Burnout seems to be a real problem inside some areas of the company
