- ultra toxic sales management - Nepotism at its best - Favoritism among AEs, if you are not part of the boys club you are either left starving or you will have your deals given away to their guys New sales management (US Head of Sales and enterprise Sales director) have a suspicious track record, inflating KPIs, unfairly pushing people to the exist to position their own guys I don’t give this company more than 24 months before it got acquired, flash sale type of thing Previous sales management was really good though but since the new one step in things went 360
