      Supportive culture, approachable leadership, and great teamwork across the company. People are respected, communication is open, and hard work is appreciated.

      Like any growing company, it can get busy at times, but leadership is transparent and receptive to feedback.

      Avantages

      My years at Simcona have been wonderful. They provide a family first atmosphere and can be flexible to their employees. They offer family activities throughout the year. Benefits are good. Management is positive and approachable. I always speak highly of Simcona when talking to friends, family, and strangers. Working here has been a great experience for me and my family.

      Inconvénients

      Not really a con but a 4 day work week would be nice.
