      Remote. Pay is okay. Work-life balance is generally fine.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership. Office Politics. Regular layoffs and high turnover. There are some pockets of well managed teams if you're lucky.

      Avantages

      They provide all the equipment for you. Great training can meet great people and very helpful people.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no growth. Most of the time it is just about painting a picture, not actual merit or background. Hire a lot of incompetent people Equipment can be a bit faulty sometimes
