Push on automation, standardization - LEAN-ish culture
Inconvénients
Bad salary (comparable to other top payers, but the workload is 3x as much), lack of strong leadership (WFH is still not standardized after 3 years of talking), lack of yearly bonus due to company finances
My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
