      They only think KPI, people are numbers. They pretend otherwise in the company communication - don’t let them foul you

      Inconvénients

      A company going down every year. Last year 5000 empl out. This is the day to day.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
