Flexible working environment and no micro-management
Inconvénients
Very unstable, doesn't offer job security even prior to Covid-19. Constant restructuring and lack transparent communication and empathy from the leadership team (both regional and global).
Overall, it is not an entirely bad organization to be in but will not recommend due to lack of stability.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
