      Very process driven, large management, feeling of big company

      High stress and pressure, confused company with respect to what to sell, trying all sorts of shortcuts

      Avantages

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
