Lack of competition provides a degree of stability.
There are still plenty of smart people at this company to turn this around.
Inconvénients
Internal processes are a bit too muddy to keep pace with innovation. There is a bit of arrogance and complacency due to the past success of the company. Between layoffs and product quality problems, the culture has become difficult to navigate.
Management is shameful. There is simply too much pettiness and arrogance in our technical leadership. There are "us vs. them" subcultures that prevent a positive culture.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
