Bonuses are never fully paid — it’s a trap. Managers act like dictators, imposing new rules daily. The culture is sadistic and demoralizing.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
