R&D engineer based in the US, pay was pretty good for area I live and coworkers were all very nice and friendly.
Felt like a good place to atleast learn professional engineering skill for an early career like myself. Not so sure about a more established engineer.
Inconvénients
Work felt various at times with low-impact items and not super rewarding. Company was all over the place with leadership and I was let go after just a few months of working there

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
